Founded by Jacquita Melton, a Chief Master Sgt. in the Air National Guard, Muddy Goose Coffee Co. was built on a simple premise: coffee crafted with military precision, served with neighborhood warmth.
The name? Born out of a planning meeting where Jacquita and a business partner spotted a stubborn goose stuck in a mud puddle. It was gritty, grounded, and a little unexpected — exactly the kind of coffee shop they wanted to build.
We are a small-batch roastery. We aren't a chain, and we aren't trying to be. We are a local gem focused on doing one thing exceptionally well: roasting and brewing damn good coffee for the communities of Springboro and Fairborn.
Every roast is monitored meticulously. No mass production, just craft.
We source beans with character and roast them to highlight their natural grit and earthiness.
